Founded in 2021, Allen Learnimy, LLC began with a mission to promote financial independence through adult literacy. Today, our focus has expanded to address a critical workforce need: literacy gaps in skilled trades. In the construction, manufacturing, and service industries, many workers struggle with job-related reading and writing—leading to safety risks, high turnover, and added training costs. Our purpose is to equip workers with the literacy and technical skills needed to perform confidently, advance in their careers, and improve their families' quality of life.
