Founded in 2021, Allen Learnimy, LLC began with a mission to promote financial independence through adult literacy. Today, our focus has expanded to address a critical workforce need: literacy gaps in skilled trades. In fields like construction, manufacturing, and services, many workers struggle with job-related reading and writing—leading to safety risks, high turnover, and added training costs. Our goal is to equip workers with the literacy and technical skills they need to perform confidently, advance in their careers, and improve their families' quality of life.
