How Our Story Began

Teaching at a local high school is where it all began, when I partnered with an Instructional Technologist to create the school’s first online exam for students who needed extended time due to disability accommodations.

Later, while teaching college students facing literacy challenges and limited access to after-hours support, I developed an e-learning platform that integrated gamification and multimodal engagement. This allowed learners to access resources anytime they needed them.

Today, I apply over 20 years of experience in education to workplace training, helping organizations close literacy gaps, improve performance, and strengthen safety outcomes while supporting employee growth and advancement.
